Nicola Soranzo 6c3741d388 Require selecting a test mode in `run_tests.sh` 
We have recently removed from this script the possibility to test
installed tools, which was the default when no test mode was
selected.

Nicola Soranzo 9ddea92375 Update lists of non-passing CWL conformance tests 
for the cwl-1.0 branch.

- `dynamic_initial_workdir` and `dynamic_resreq_filesizes` now pass.
- 7 non-passing tests have been given a label upstream.
