refactor: 优化 SSO 服务与接口的返回结构

- 将返回值统一调整为 AjaxJson 格式，以提高错误处理的一致性。
- 增加参数验证逻辑，确保单点登录配置中必要字段的完整性。
- 添加更详尽的错误提示信息。
