ResourceHeader now has Origin and Set/GetLabel functions that enable structs
with ResourceHeader embedded to avoid needing to implement these themselves.
Duplicative implementations of these functions have been removed from structs
which are composed from ResourceHeader.
Most resources do not have any notion of dynamic labels, so GetAllLabels just
returns the static labels. Any struct that needs further customization can
have its own variant of GetAllLabels.
This commit adds the types necessary in order to add audit events for
login rule resource actions.
The emission of these events will be added in a separate commit to
teleport.e, and the frontend display will be added later (currently
these show up as "Unknown" events).

The change from kube_service to kube_server in v11
lead to breaking backwards compatibility for v10 agents
connecting to a v11 teleport cluster when proxy peering
is enabled.
The issue was in converting from a kube_service to kube_server
the proxy ids the kube agent is connected to was never copied.
This leads to kube agents being reachable through the proxy
they are connected to but not through peer proxies.
* feat: login rule tctl CRUD commands
This commit implements the `create`, `get`, and `rm` `tctl` commands for
login rule resources.
Much of the Resource <-> Protobuf type conversion code is already
present in teleport.e and is being copied here so that it can be used in
OSS tctl (there is no longer an enterprise-specific resource command for
tctl, everything is in OSS).
https://github.com/gravitational/teleport.e/pull/699 removes the now
redundant code in teleport.e

This PR introduces a mechanism to control access to Pods in Kubernetes clusters based on access criteria defined in user Roles or Resource Access Requests.
New `Role` version - `v6` - introduced a new field `kubernetes_resources` that allows admins to restrict access to a subset of cluster resources based on the configuration provided.
This PR implements the resource control for `pods` and allows
```yaml
kubernetes_resources:
- kind: pod
name: nginx-*
namespace: default
- kind: pod
name: *
namespace: dev
```
It also implements the logic blocks for supporting Resource Access Requests to Kubernetes Pods. The tsh boilerplate is not included in this PR and will be included in future PRs.
An example of usage:
```
tsh request search --kind pod --kube-cluster=minikube
Name Namespace Labels Resource ID
--------------------------------- --------- -------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------
nginx-deployment-6595874d85-6j2zm default app=nginx,pod-template-hash=6595874d85 /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/...
nginx-deployment-6595874d85-7xgmb default app=nginx,pod-template-hash=6595874d85 /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/...
nginx-deployment-6595874d85-c4kz8 default app=nginx,pod-template-hash=6595874d85 /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/...
test default run=test /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/...
To request access to these resources, run
> tsh request create --resource /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/nginx-deployment-6595874d85-6j2zm --resource /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/nginx-deployment-6595874d85-7xgmb --resource /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/nginx-deployment-6595874d85-c4kz8 --resource /tele.teleport.local/pod/minikube/default/test \
--reason <request reason>
Add the DeviceTrustMode field to RoleOptions, so it lands in RoleSpecV6.
The field is not yet used, but it's added now in preparation for the
corresponding feature.
gravitational/teleport.e#514
Before this commit, the `tsh` HTTP requests that had the extra headers
were those that did not use `roundtrip`.
This commit leverages `http.RoundTripper.RoundTrip` to ensure that all
requests have the the extra headers.
AttemptDeviceLogin, which is the main entry point for device authentication, now
checks the Ping response and skips the attempt entirely if device trust is
disabled.
The main objective is to avoid a needless roundtrip if the feature is disabled,
as one should only pay for what is in use.
There's actual little consequence in attempting the roundtrip, apart from the
added latency on logins, so I've gone with a negative flag ("Disabled" instead
of "Enabled"). The negative is less harmful if, for some reason, it's wrongly
absent (say, because of some future Ping code branch).
gravitational/teleport.e#514
Add definitions for Connection Proxy RPCs.
ProxyService is fairly isolated from other services, so it is generated using plain protoc-gen-go instead of Gogo.
Access requests now implement ResourceWithLabels and a few utility functions
have been added. These are all for making access requests easier to work with
for the new access request watcher introduced in
https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/pull/19626.
- Add a generalized client store made up of a key, profile, and trusted certs store. Each sub store can support different backends (~/.tsh, identity_file, in-memory).
- Replace custom identity file handling with in-memory client store.
- Fix issues with trusted certs handling.
This PR includes a new Role resource version that is compatible with V5 spec.
The new resource introduces the `kubernetes_resources` definition that allows operators to limit the Kubernetes resources that each member can access. The `kubernetes_resources` entries must follow the following format: `{"kind":"<kind>", "namespace":"<namespace>","name":"<pod>"}`. Currently, it only supports objects of `kind` `pod`. Valid examples `<namespace>/<name>:
- `*/*`: matches all pods in all namespaces.
- `default/*`: matches all pods in the `default` namespace.
- `*/nginx-*`: matches every pod prefixed with `nginx-` in every namespace.
For older resource versions - V5, V4, V3 - `kubernetes_resources` is automatically populated with `{"kind":"pod","namespace":"*","name":"*"}` to keep compatibility. For the newest version, it's mandatory to define its value otherwise access to pods will be denied.
