fix(ci): 修复 CI 构建失败 - 使用 git 依赖替代本地路径

- 将 aster-models 依赖从本地路径改为 git 依赖
- 使用 tag v0.12.0 从 GitHub 仓库获取
- 注释掉 .cargo/config.toml 中的本地 patch 配置
- 确保 CI 环境可以正确构建项目
