fix: increase request body limit to 100MB for Claude Code /compact command

- Add tower-http dependency with limit feature
- Configure DefaultBodyLimit::max(100MB) on axum Router
- Fixes CONTENT_LENGTH_EXCEEDS_THRESHOLD error when using /compact
