Changes to ConTeXt writer:

+ PrettyPrint module now used for output.
+ Text wrapping now provided, using wrapTeXIfNeeded.
+ Better treatment of footnotes:  footnotes are always on lines by themselves.
+ Use \subject, \subsubject, ... or \section, \subsection, ... for headings,
  depending on whether --number-sections option is selected.
