PiEgg cb83d7a144 fix(templates): compose RouteDialog and RouteDrawer from the dialog primitives (#10914 )

Route overlays hand-rolled their header, body and footer, so a route dialog had a rule under its header, a taller footer and a different close-button position from the application's other dialogs. They now compose DialogHeader, DialogTitle, DialogDescription and DialogFooter inside DialogContent's padding, and the theme's dialog close-button rule covers them.
