fix: migrate star-history chart links to self-hosted star-history.dera.page

Browse Source 
The old star history chart depends on the GitHub stargazer API which broke recently. Switch image and anchor URLs in README.md and README_EN.md to the self-hosted star-history.dera.page endpoint (same-domain, no api subdomain, /svg path kept, hash-based links).
