cursor[bot] cda301a7b0 MM-69945: Align post type validation across post and scheduled post paths (#38054)
* Add coverage for post type handling on scheduled post paths

Co-authored-by: mattermost-code <matty-code@mattermost.com>

* Align post type validation across post and scheduled post paths

Share a single post type check between the post creation and scheduled
post code paths, covering both scheduled post intake and publication.

* Add regression coverage for recurring and stored scheduled post types

Cover the publication path for rows written outside the API, including
recurring series and near-miss type values.

Co-authored-by: mattermost-code <matty-code@mattermost.com>

* Consolidate scheduled post system-type tests per review

Fold system post type coverage into the existing TestCreateScheduledPost
and TestUpdateScheduledPost subtests, and merge the recurring and
near-miss job cases (plus a second-run repost guard) into
TestProcessScheduledPostsWithSystemPostType. Drop the redundant
standalone tests.

* Strengthen scheduled post type tests from CodeRabbit feedback

Assert allowed types persist on create, reject by unique message, and
cover a recurring reserved-type series that must not advance.

Co-authored-by: mattermost-code <matty-code@mattermost.com>

* Add model.IsSystemMessagePostType as single source of truth for system prefix check

Introduce IsSystemMessagePostType(string) bool in the model package so
the reserved-type check has one canonical implementation. IsSystemMessage()
now delegates to it. Call sites in the app and api4 layers use either
IsSystemMessage() (where a *Post is in scope) or IsSystemMessagePostType()
directly (ScheduledPost paths), removing the intermediate PostSystemTypeCheck
and postSystemTypeCheckWithContext helpers that were added in this branch.
