[MM-26609] Show user auth_data in System Console user details page (#33446)

* MM-26609: Show user auth_data in System Console user details page

- Add auth_data field to UserProfile TypeScript type
- Display auth_data in System Console user details page next to Authentication Method
- Only show auth_data when both auth_data and auth_service are present
- Add internationalization support for "Auth Data" label
- Helps administrators troubleshoot authentication issues by showing external auth IDs
