Igor Šćekić 09ff362cf4 fix: prevent permission prompts from interrupting auto-scroll (#6621) 
Stop inline permission/question clicks from bubbling up to the message
list's handleInteraction (which disables auto-scroll), and resume
auto-scroll when bottom-dock prompts disappear during an active session.

Mark IJbema 824e108756 fix: carry prompt text to new session input without auto-sending; add screenshot story 
- onNewTaskRequest now pre-populates the '__new__' draft key before clearing the session,
  so the existing sessionKey effect restores it into the textarea — text is preserved but
  not auto-submitted
- Add ChatView — with messages story so the full-width New Task button gets a snapshot test

Mark IJbema a4e2a68955 feat: dispatch newTaskRequest event to carry over prompt text when starting new task 
- TaskHeader button now dispatches a window 'newTaskRequest' event instead of calling clearCurrentSession directly
- PromptInput listens for 'newTaskRequest', captures current text, clears session, and sends the text as the first message if non-empty
- ChatView shows a full-width 'New task' button above the prompt input when there are messages

Mark IJbema 233b0b8115 Add 'New Task' button to TaskHeader for easier session reset 
Adds a 'new-session' icon button to the TaskHeader component, placed
next to the compact button. Clicking it calls clearCurrentSession(),
starting a fresh task without requiring the user to use the + button
in the VS Code sidebar header.

Closes #6250
