ci: disable smoketest gate in publish workflow

The smoke-test job in the publish workflow has been blocking releases
due to infrastructure issues with the external kilo-bench runner.
Changes:
- Set `if: false` on the smoke-test job so it is skipped
- Remove smoke-test from the publish job's `needs` list
- Add comments explaining the disable and how to re-enable
The smoke-test job definition is preserved intact for easy re-enablement.

feat(vscode): use friendly-words for natural agent session names ( #7228 )

Replace timestamp-based branch names (e.g. kilo-1773825416380) with
human-friendly two-word names (e.g. brave-piano, sunny-waterfall) using
the friendly-words package. Same approach as Superset desktop app.
- Add friendly-words dependency
- Generate predicate-object names with collision detection
- Pass existing branches to avoid collisions at generation time
- Git-level retry still catches any remaining collisions

fix(vscode): re-fetch merged config after settings update to prevent revert
...
After updating global config, the extension was sending back the global-only
config response to the webview. This replaced the full merged config (which
includes project-level values) with only global values, causing settings UI
controls to flicker and revert to their previous state.
Now re-fetches the complete merged config via config.get() after the global
update succeeds, ensuring the webview always has the properly resolved config
from all layers.
Fixes #7202

Add isFree field to the full model data pipeline: gateway schema,
ModelsDev.Model, Provider.Model, OpenAPI spec, and SDK types.
Remove cost-based isFree fallback in the extension model selector —
rely solely on the backend-provided value.

stories covering the MCP servers and Modes tabs. Each tab type now has

Address review feedback from @lambertjosh: the mdns.ts fallback was
updated but the actual CLI defaults in network.ts and config.ts still
advertised opencode.local. Update both so kilo serve --mdns uses the
