kiloconnect[bot] a5516524c8 fix: filter subagent sessions from session history 
Pass roots: true to client.session.list() so subagent sessions
(spawned by a parent session via the task tool) are excluded from
the session history list shown to users.

kiloconnect[bot] 80071d29f9 fix: right-align prompt enhance and send buttons in chat input 
Add margin-left: auto and flex-shrink: 0 to .prompt-input-hint-actions
so the enhance and send/stop buttons always stay right-aligned regardless
of selector content width. Add min-width: 0 and overflow: hidden to
.prompt-input-hint-selectors to prevent them from pushing the action
buttons off-screen when model names or reasoning toggles are wide.

Igor Šćekić 6540551b15 fix: render dismissed question text outside tool-part-wrapper 
The tool-part-wrapper div adds a border that makes the simple
"Questions dismissed" text look boxed in. Render it outside the
wrapper so it displays as clean right-aligned text.
