fix(vscode): mute the approval reason line and translate missing display settings
...
The tool-approval line's decision text was bold and text-strong colored,
making it compete for attention. Style it like the existing tool-hint
pattern (muted, italic, --text-weak, opacity 0.9) so it recedes into the
background like reasoning text instead of standing out.
Also translate settings.display.terminalCommand.*, .tokenThroughput.*,
and .autoApprovalReason.* across all locales -- these were previously
copy-pasted from the English source instead of translated.
