The tool-part-wrapper div adds a border that makes the simple
"Questions dismissed" text look boxed in. Render it outside the
wrapper so it displays as clean right-aligned text.

fix: use DockPrompt from kilo-ui for question dock styling ( #6623 )
...
Replace manual question-prompt wrapper with kilo-ui's DockPrompt component,
which provides proper surface styling (DockShell/DockTray, border-radius,
background, shadows). Remove ~200 lines of duplicated CSS, keeping only
VS Code-specific button color overrides.

fix: prevent permission prompts from interrupting auto-scroll ( #6621 )
...
Stop inline permission/question clicks from bubbling up to the message
list's handleInteraction (which disables auto-scroll), and resume
auto-scroll when bottom-dock prompts disappear during an active session.
