* fix(kilo-docs): correct Agent Manager keyboard shortcuts and claims

- Fix 8 of 12 keyboard shortcuts in the table:
  Cmd+N = new worktree (not Cmd+Shift+W)
  Cmd+Shift+W = close worktree (not new)
  Cmd+T = new tab (not Cmd+N)
  Cmd+Alt+Up/Down = prev/next worktree (not bracket keys)
  Cmd+Alt+Left/Right = prev/next tab (not comma/period)
  Cmd+/ = show terminal (not Cmd+Alt+T)
  Cmd+D = toggle diff (not Cmd+Alt+D)
  Cmd+Shift+/ = show shortcuts (not Cmd+Alt+?)
- Add missing shortcuts: Cmd+Shift+N (advanced worktree), Cmd+T (new tab)
- Fix body text referencing wrong shortcuts (lines 36, 66, 74)
- Remove false .env auto-copy claim (it's a commented-out example
  in the setup script template, not automatic)
- Remove non-existent error message from troubleshooting

Validated against package.json keybinding definitions.
