fix: address review feedback on error details
- Remove tautological hasErrorDetails function - Remove dead CSS classes (.error-detail-row, .error-detail-label, .error-detail-value) - Remove unused i18n keys (error.details.type/statusCode/provider/retryable/retries/responseBody) - Remove all error.details.* keys from packages/app/ (web app doesn't use ErrorDetails) - Wire ErrorDetails collapsible into ErrorDisplay fallback Card
