docs: update contribution branch model and simplify README credits

Update CONTRIBUTING to drop the main/develop merge flow and document
the version-branch workflow: main is stable/release only, day-to-day
work and community PRs target the current feature/vX.Y.Z branch, and
medium/high-risk AI review findings must still be fixed before merge.

In README.md and README.zh-CN.md, replace the hand-maintained
contributor avatar table with a contrib.rocks badge that stays in
sync with GitHub, and remove the Star History chart to keep the docs
lighter and easier to maintain.

Impact: clearer PR target guidance for contributors, less README
churn when credits change, and aligned English/Chinese docs.

Currently, main is the primary branch and develop is the development branch. All PR merges must first be merged into the develop branch.
