pnoker 1dd6599999 ci: move Maven build into Docker BuildKit builder stage ...

Remove host-side JDK setup and Maven build step from the CI workflow.
The unified Dockerfile now handles Maven build internally via BuildKit
caching, so the runner only needs Docker.
