pnoker 7b96b37e35 refactor: rename navigation keys to match backend menu code changes

- Rename settingsAgentic → settingsModelConfig, settingsAgenticProvider → settingsModelProvider
- Rename settingsEventOverview → settingsAlarmOverview
- Rename settingsPointEvent → settingsPointAlarm, move to Alarm group
- Update URL paths: /settings/agentic → /settings/model/config
- Rebalance sidebar order: Model, Command, Event, Alarm
- Update detail route names and router navigation
