pnoker 42d401f4e9 feat(dashboard): today alarms + total data volume subtitle

- Rename Driver Alerts → Today's Driver Alarms, Device Alerts → Today's Device Alarms
- Alarm cards now show today's counts instead of all-time
- Data card subtitle shows total data volume (累计 X 条)
- Add todayTotal i18n key for zh/en

1. Prepare

git
Visual Studio Code
nodejs >= 18, recommended to use 22
pnpm, install using corepack enable && corepack prepare pnpm@latest --activate (or npm install -g pnpm)
