pnoker 2e99a72cf4 fix(home): restore 8px rhythm between SlaBadge and stat grid

SlaBadge is rendered conditionally between the banner row and the
stat strip. Neither neighbour sets a top margin, so the badge was
sitting flush against the stats and reading as a banner appendage
instead of its own strip. Give it the page's 8px rhythm.

1. Prepare

git
Visual Studio Code
nodejs >= 18, recommended to use 22
pnpm, install using corepack enable && corepack prepare pnpm@latest --activate (or npm install -g pnpm)
