pnoker 01edf32524 feat(agentic): replace thinking pulse dot with animated icon and shimmer text

Use Loading/CircleCheck icons instead of the pulsing dot for the
thinking state. Add a white shimmer sweep effect on the Thinking
label while streaming, which stops when the response completes.

pnpm, install using corepack enable && corepack prepare pnpm@latest --activate (or npm install -g pnpm)
