bc404d228d
mariadb/mysql move off 2026.6, postgres/rabbitmq off 2026.5, so all four dependency images follow the same 2026.10 base release line built in dc3-docker. docker-compose-db.yml passes the new tag through. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
