history

Enhance grid framework to enable custom column sorting. Sort criteria are now mapped to a column, and the column defines the sorting to be done on the grid query. Default sorting behavior has not changed. In addition, column's model_class attribute now defaults to the grid's model_class; this should make column definitions more intuitive and shorter.

library

- Refactored tagging/autocomplete JS, fixing bugs regarding leaving the tagging box

2010-09-01 18:20:42 -04:00

user

Move the get_all_forms() method to the new base controller UsesFormDefinitionWidgets class and uncomment the final reset data method in the test_forms_and_request functional test script ( all library functional tests should once again pass ).

Add 'metas()' %def to base.mako, to allow subclassing templates to declare additional <meta/> tags.

2010-03-12 12:03:25 -05:00

community_rating.mako

Add CommunityRatingColumn to grid infrastructure and add 'Community Rating' columns to published item grids. Community ratings are computed on demand for now, but this may need to change in the future.

2010-09-08 11:43:25 -04:00

display_base.mako

Add a ratings framework so that users can rate shared items. All sharable items--histories, workflows, datasets, visualizations, and pages--can be rated. Main framework components are (1) database tables for storing ratings; (2) UsesItemRatings mixin that supports rating items and obtaining an item's average rating; (3) controller methods to handle rating asynchronously; and (4) jQuery star rating plugin and supporting code that enables interactive item rating. (2) and (4) can be reused in the community space.
