When the method `stop_job()` of the HTCondor job runner is called to stop a job running in a container, it locates the adequate `CondorJobState` object in the list of watched items by comparing HTCondor job id of each watched item with the HTCondor job id from the job wrapper that has been passed as an argument. When there's a match, the correct `CondorJobState` is selected, but immediately afterwards there's a break statement with the effect that the remaining jobs in the list of watched items are discarded. Remove the break statement to keep all jobs in the watchlist but the one that is being stopped.

Galaxy Quickstart
=================
Galaxy requires Python 3.9 or higher. To check your Python version, run:

Python 3.9.21
Start Galaxy:

$ sh run.sh
Once Galaxy completes startup, you should be able to view Galaxy in your
browser at: http://localhost:8080

Tools
=====

``tool_conf.xml.sample`` are included. To install them please visit
