- Remove backdrop - it no longer does anything with popper.js.
- Reduce duplication in all the tours by allowing preclick/postclick to just click the element specified by the step.

Add missing id keys to built-in tours
...
Pydantic models (currently added to tours) require explicit
specification of model fields. Having an "id" field as required seems
right from a design standpoint.
However, if there is a reason for an "id" value to be included in the
galaxy_ui tour but not in the other tours, this field can be made
optional: `id: Optional[str] = None`

Remove broken tour step.
...
This causes the Selenium tests to fail under various conditions - but legimately so. The referenced target link disappears pretty quickly after the step in the previous click. When I run them in the web browser and this step is "disconnected" and in the center of the screen and as a result it isn't clear what links are being referred to.
