Add collection semantics test refs and workflow tests for flat over paired_or_unpaired

Browse Source 
Update collection_semantics.yml test references and add workflow framework
tests for flat list and flat sample_sheet mapped over paired_or_unpaired.
Fix mislabeled test #4 doc string.
