Add repository field to galaxy-api-client for npm provenance publish

The npm publish of @galaxyproject/galaxy-api-client fails with E422 because
npm publish --provenance validates that package.json's repository.url matches the
build's provenance source, and api-client had no repository field (galaxy-client does,
which is why it publishes fine). That's why api-client has been stuck at 25.1.0 on npm
while galaxy-client publishes each release. Mirror galaxy-client's repository field,
with a directory for the monorepo subdir.
