Trim the GalaxyAI and MCP highlights to match the house length

The two sections I just added ran about twice as long as the others --
163 and 144 words against a 71-98 range for the existing five, with
individual bullets averaging 20-24 words instead of 12-16. Reads bloated
next to its neighbours.

Tightened both without dropping anything real. The agent-attribution
claim moves out of the overstuffed "specialized agents" bullet and into
the closing line, where it sits better anyway.

GalaxyAI: Specialized Agents and Context-Aware Help
---------------------------------------------------
GalaxyAI now knows where you are and hands your question to the right specialist.
GalaxyAI now knows where you are and routes your question to the right specialist.
- **Context-aware panel**. A persistent, dockable assistant that knows which tool form, job, history, or notebook you are looking at.
- **Specialized agents**. Questions are routed to purpose-built agents for job error analysis, tool recommendations, Galaxy Training Network tutorials, and community workflows from the IWC, and each answer is labeled with the agent that produced it.
- **Asks instead of guessing**. When a request is ambiguous, GalaxyAI asks a clarifying question with quick replies rather than picking an interpretation for you.
- **Report drafting**. Generate a first draft of a workflow invocation report directly from the run.
- **Safer custom tools**. The custom tool agent resolves verified containers instead of inventing one, and validates the tool definition before you save it.

Galaxy 26.0 introduced the assistant; 26.1 makes it context-aware, specialized, and honest about what it does not know.
Each answer is labeled with the agent that produced it.

Galaxy now speaks the Model Context Protocol, so AI clients outside Galaxy can work with your data.
- **Bring your own client**. Any MCP-compatible client, whether a desktop assistant, an IDE, or an agent you wrote yourself, can connect to a Galaxy server.
- **Real Galaxy operations**. Search tools, inspect histories and datasets, run tools, import and invoke workflows, and monitor jobs.

- **Community workflows**. Find and import vetted Interactive Workflow Composer (IWC) workflows without leaving your client.
- **The same rules as any client**. External agents route through Galaxy's existing service layer, inheriting the same authorization, validation, and operational limits as any other Galaxy client.
- **Administrator opt-in**. The MCP server is disabled by default and enabled with ``enable_mcp_server``.
