Update Categories test for GComponents migration

- Import and stub GLink component
- Change from findAll("a") to findAllComponents(GLink)
- Update text assertions to use toContain instead of toBe to handle
  tooltip text included in GLink component
- Replace .loading-message selector with LoadingSpan stub
- Add proper component stubs for both test cases
