GenomeSpace

The GenomeSpace project has `ended <http://www.genomespace.org/news/the-genomespace-project-is-ending>`__ on November 15, 2019 due to expiration of its NHGRI funding.
Therefore the GenomeSpace importer and exporter Galaxy tools are hereby deprecated and will be removed in 20.01.
