Add 39 resources already curated on the AI Engineer roadmap to 22
Inference Engineering topics where they fit (model selection and
evaluation, latency/cost trade-offs, caching, long context, embeddings,
ASR, VLMs, diffusion, desktop inference). At most 4 new links per
topic; existing links are kept and everything stays type-ordered.

- OWASP API Security project: the www-project page was removed; the
project now lives at owasp.org/API-Security/ (3 files)
- OWASP ZAP: the project moved off OWASP pages to its own site,
zaproxy.org
- NPTEL: the course URL scheme changed from /courses/106/106/<id>/
to /courses/<id> (2 files)

Per maintainer guidance to prefer fresh content over archived files:
- gafferongames udp-vs-tcp (2 files): updated to the article's current
location at gafferongames.com/post/udp_vs_tcp/
- transaction script: the personal blog post is gone; linked Martin
Fowler's canonical Transaction Script page instead
- postgres buffer manager: the dev.to summary was deleted; linked the
original book chapter it summarized (The Internals of PostgreSQL,
ch.8 Buffer Manager)
- dropped two resource lines whose sources are gone entirely with no
replacement: businessdesign.org Business Model Inspirator (section
removed from the site) and a digger.dev Terraform/Jenkins post
(domain dead, label was also corrupted)

articles now live in the Internet Archive
- Apple removed the uifont scaling_fonts_automatically page; archived
snapshot linked
- MDN removed the text-level_semantics page; link updated to the HTML
element index (Text content / Inline text semantics sections)
- MDN HTML5 notes page has no replacement or archive; dropped the
resource line (html/case-insensitivity)

- Escape parentheses in the Column/Row composable anchor URLs (android)
and the Bash Wikipedia URL (shell-bash) so the links are not cut off
at the first unescaped parenthesis, matching #10397
- Remove stray '](' in the DNS video resource link (devsecops)
