fix(backend): correct RethinkDB description and add learning resources (#10046)

The RethinkDB description incorrectly stated 'Development ceased in 2016'.
While the original company shut down in 2016, the project was open-sourced
and is actively maintained by the community. The latest release (v2.4.4)
was published in December 2023.

- Updated the description to accurately reflect the project's status
- Added the official Ten-minute Guide as a learning resource
- Added a feed link for exploring top posts about RethinkDB
