* Fix EEA blockchain environment link

* fix: rename Arbitrum label to Base under L2 Blockchains

* fix: correct mislabeled nodes in blockchain graph

- Rename 'Moonbeam / Moonriver' to 'Starknet' (content was about Starknet)
- Rename 'Binance Smart Chain' to 'BNB Chain' (rebranded, content already used new name)
- Previous fix: rename 'Arbitrum' to 'Base' (content was about Coinbase Base L2)
