pages, moving them over to Tailwind and the shared component primitives.

- **`<TemplateVariablesForm />` / `<TemplateVariableField />`** —
deMUI'd.
- **`<TemplateSettingsForm />`** (general settings) — deMUI'd.

No behavioural changes intended; this is a styling/plumbing refactor.
