fix(coderd): remove stale coderd/wsrelated import in test (#29655)

Fixes a broken `main`: `coderd/workspacebuilds_internal_test.go` had two
`wsrelated` imports after the stacked include_related PRs squash-merged.
The stale `github.com/coder/coder/v2/coderd/wsrelated` path no longer
exists (the package moved to `codersdk/wsrelated` in #29540), so the
`coderd` test package failed to compile.

Removes the dangling import; the file already imports the correct
`codersdk/wsrelated`.

### Verification

- `go build ./coderd/` and `go test ./coderd/ -run '^$'` (compile the
test package) both succeed.
