docs(install/releases): update latest branch releases (#26167)

Update release calendar with this week's latest branch releases:

- v2.34.0 → v2.34.1 (Mainline/ESR)
- v2.33.6 → v2.33.7 (Stable)
- v2.32.5 → v2.32.6 (Security Support)

Also updates the ESR version link in the prose to point to v2.34.1.
