docs(docs/.style/style-guide): update word choice rule counts (#29758)

Browse Source 
- main fails lint and the Go test jobs on the style claims check.
- #28960 added a documentation-only rule to the word choice page.
- #29299 added a check that the README table matches the rules.
- They merged 19 seconds apart, so neither ran against the other.
- This updates the word choice row and the total row.
- The style claims check and its test pass.
