refactor(site/src/pages/AIBridgePage): move AI Sessions docs link inline into subtitle (#28481)

Replaces the "Read the docs" header button on the AI Sessions page with
an inline "View docs" link at the end of the subtitle sentence, matching
the pattern used on the Providers and Provisioner Jobs pages.
