谷歌云multicloud监控
...
monitor.go文件中GetMonitorData函数：
1）首先组装参数信息
2）通过external_id获取相关id信息，根据restAPI文档中的resource格式拼装完成monitoring相关的resource信息
3）然后通过monitorList函数获取相关的监控信息
更新go.mod google.golang.org所依赖的google.golang.org/api版本

...
"uname -p" command from native busybox, coreutils may return "unknown".
CentOS coreutils has a patch fallback to using uts.machine if sysinfo
syscall is not available
Use "uname -m" for maximum compatibility
