Zexi Li 484727e8c6 feat(monitor): add agent context and memory metrics for GPU/NPU SMIs (#25768) 
- Add newHostAgentMonitorContext helper to create both host and agent
  monitoring contexts for GPU/NPU SMI measurements.
- Refactor hysmi, ixsmi, npusmi, nvidia, ppusmi, and xpusmi to use the
  helper, enabling agent-side metric collection.
- Add Hygon DCU memory metrics: memory_total/free/used, memory_gtt_*,
  and memory_vis_vram_*.
- Update npusmi display name to 'Ascend NPU metrics'.

Zexi Li 636ba2a6c6 fix(region,ansibleserver): clone monitor-agent and fix sshable keys (#25762) 
- Update ansibleserver image to clone monitor-agent playbook from GitHub
  instead of copying it from file-repo.
- Bump file-repo tag to v0.5.15.
- Set cloudroot user home directory to /opt/cloudroot.
- Use the first element of the public key slices for the authorized_key
  module args.

Zexi Li 147f7ea195 feat(devtool,host,ansible): offline monitor agent and ixsmi path resolve (#25742) 
- Add NPU/GPU accelerator inputs (npu_smi, ixsmi, ppusmi, hysmi, xpusmi)
  to baremetal telegraf config.
- Resolve Iluvatar ixsmi symlink to detect corex home dynamically.
- Treat baremetal like KVM for direct service URL probing.
- Improve ansible error logging and fix playbook state/key-file handling.

Zexi Li f197e1dcd0 fix(host): only unmanage interface with addresses (#25732) 
Only call tryUnmanageInterface when the interface has IPv4 or IPv6
addresses. This avoids unnecessary nmcli operations on interfaces
without configured addresses during bridge config migration.
