Saoud Rizwan 4ddfd93c19 docs(readme): regroup feature sections into three buckets
The feature sections previously read as a flat list of 10 H2 headings
with no hierarchy. Same content reads stronger grouped:

- How Cline Works (4 sections): Edit Code, Run Commands, Plan and Act,
  Rules and Configuration. The core capabilities Cline brings across
  every surface.
- Build on Cline (2 sections): Works With Every Major Model, Extend
  With MCP Servers and Plugins. The extension and integration story.
- Run Cline Anywhere (4 sections): Multi-Agent Teams, Scheduled
  Agents, Connectors, Headless Mode. Surfaces and runtimes beyond the
  default editor flow.

Mechanics: add three H2 group headers and demote the 10 feature
section H2s to H3s under them. No prose changes inside any section.
