docs(readme): replace SDK snippet with canonical ClineCore example

The current snippet imports Agent and createTool and never instantiates
an agent, so it demonstrates tool registration without showing what
the SDK actually does end-to-end. Replace with a runnable ClineCore
example that creates a Cline, starts a task, prints the result, and
disposes.

The plugin bullet still describes plugins in prose and now links to the
SDK docs for plugin examples, so plugin-curious readers have a path
forward without an inline snippet competing with the SDK get-started
example.
