还原 openapi.yaml 到本次改动前的状态。

该文件不由自动化改动：它是手工维护、并手动上传到 API 平台控制台的产物。
上一提交新增的 background_info（含 8 个嵌套字段）、has_background、text_glow
三个属性一并撤回，文件内容与 fe91868 时逐字节一致。

其余改动（schema / router / service / pyJianYingDraft / config/glow.json /
双语文档 / 测试）不受影响，文字背景与文字发光功能保持完整。

顺带记一笔既有欠账：text_bubble 也从未进入过本文件（3cb4d10 那次提交漏了），
如仍需补，请手工处理。
