Adrià Navarro Redó fd4bb0d114 Make PostHog feature flag polling interval configurable via env. 
Default the interval to 24 hours to reduce local evaluation API calls while still fetching flags immediately on startup.

Tiemen Doorn | Vending@Work f7db4e8200 Raise single-image HEALTHCHECK start-period to 300s 
The all-in-one image boots its bundled services serially (couch, minio, redis, internal postgres, litellm) before app + worker, taking ~2-3 min. The 45s start-period marked the container unhealthy mid-boot, so health-acting orchestrators (Docker Swarm / Easypanel) killed and rescheduled it into a crash-loop. Raise the start-period to 300s.
