Remove low-traction extensions from recent batch

Drop the 'your call' set (stale / very few ratings / 0 ratings): CodeUI,
Feather Product Icons, scriptbox, Camouflage, Python Venv Activator,
Code to Flowchart, and IWE. Kept Xcode key bindings (fills a keymap gap).
