Jax Liu ba29e69aec chore: remove obsolete examples/duckdb-tpch-example ...

The duckdb-tpch-example was wren-engine's docker-compose example for the
old ibis-server stack and is no longer relevant after the import.
examples/README.md only pointed at this single example, so it goes too.
examples/ will be re-populated for the Open Context Engine layout.
