chore(genbi): add the publish metadata npm shows on a package page

Rehearsing the first publish of @wrenai/genbi surfaced that the manifest
carried none of the fields a registry page is built from: no description,
no repository, no homepage, no keywords. The sibling package already
published under this scope declares all four, so this follows it rather
than inventing a shape.

license and version are deliberately untouched. apps/** is absent from the
repository's path-to-license map, and the tarball currently falls back to
shipping the root multi-license overview -- a document that cannot answer
what license the installed package is under. Both need a human decision
before anything reaches the registry.
