feat: add search index for visual config editor and update i18n translations

- Introduced a new search index for the visual config editor to facilitate "jump to field" functionality.
- Added a `searchConfigFields` function to perform searches over labels, hints, YAML keys, and keywords.
- Updated English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese translations to include search-related strings.
